How to delete your NX Date account

You can delete your NX Date account (app and web, by Nexus Ink) and all your data at any time.

In the app

Log in to the app or https://date.nexusink.date.
Go to "My Profile".
Tap "Delete account", enter your password and confirm with "Delete permanently".

Without access to the app

Email nexus.ink.sublimacion@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete account". We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Immediately: profile, photos, verification selfies, matches, messages, translations, likes, blocks and shared dates.

What is kept

Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law (up to 10 years). Safety reports may be kept for up to 1 year to prevent abuse. Unused Gotas and VIP time are lost.
