Terms of Use

1. Minimum age: 18 worldwide

The service is only for people aged 18 or older, in every country (even where local law allows a lower age). You confirm your date of birth is real. We delete accounts of minors.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN confidential. Profile information must be truthful and photos must be of you.

3. Conduct

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, scams or asking for money.
• No explicit sexual content, third-party content without consent, or any content involving minors.
• No prostitution, human trafficking or any illegal activity.

4. Verification

The verified badge means a live selfie was approved by an automated check or by our team. It does not guarantee anyone’s identity or intentions.

5. Automatic translation

Messages are translated automatically by AI and may contain errors. You can always view the original text.

6. Disappearing photos and screenshots

Disappearing photos are deleted from the server after one view. On the web it is technically impossible to block screenshots.

7. NX Drops and NX Black VIP

Drops are virtual credits with no cash value. VIP is a pass for the stated period, with no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (ARS) or Stripe (USD). Statutory withdrawal rights of your country apply (e.g. 14 days in the EU for unused digital content).

8. Safety

NX Date does not run background checks. Meet in public places and tell someone you trust.

9. Closing and suspension

You can delete your account at any time from "My Profile". We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

The laws of Argentina apply, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

11. Moderation and limits

We use AI to detect harassment, scams, requests for money, phishing and unsolicited nudity in messages and photos. We may blur, block or review content, apply daily usage limits, and warn, suspend or ban accounts. Accounts with several reports may be suspended automatically pending review.
